Individual investor
 

1. Complete the Application for purchasing our Fund’s securities, then either email the completed form to funds@foyil.com or fax it to 8 (044) 393 23 14.
2. With the information you give us, we prepare the requisite documents for signing;
3. For the signing ceremony at our office (call us first!) bring the following documents:
   
   • Passport;
   • Identification code;
   • A statement from a bank providing the details of your account (if available).
4. You sign the originals of the Application and the Agreement on purchasing the Fund’s securities;
5. If you are married, you need to receive an Approval from your spouse to purchase the Fund’s securities and submit to us a copy of her/his passport and identification code;
6. You make payments for the Fund’s securities and order your Custodian to enter the securities into your account;
7. Within seven (7) calendar days after you make the full payment in accordance with the Agreement, the Custodian registers your ownership rights for the Fund’s securities.
   If you do not have a securities account, you can open one at our office.
8. You receive Confirmation that you have purchased the Fund’s securities.

Institutional investor

1. Complete the Application for purchasing our Fund’s securities, then either email the completed form to funds@foyil.com or fax it to 8 (044) 390 8 870.
2. With the information you give us, we prepare the requisite documents for signing;
3. For the signing ceremony at our office (call us first!) bring the following documents:
   
   • Two original copies of the Application;
   • Notarized copies of the statute or similar document;
   • Notarized copies of the Constituent Meeting Protocols;
   • Notarized copies of the Certificate of Registration;
   • A copy of the Tax Registration Certificate (form No.4-ОПП);
   • The original or notarized copies of the document that certifies the authority of the official or authorized representative to purchase the Fund’s securities on behalf of the legal entity;
   • Details of a bank account in the national currency;
   • Passport of the official or authorized representative of the investor;
   • A notarized copy of the license for professional activity on the securities market (if available).
4. You sign the originals of the Application and the Agreement on purchasing the Fund’s securities;
5. You make payments for the Fund’s securities and order your Custodian to enter the securities into your account;
6. Within seven (7) calendar days after you make the full payment in accordance with the Agreement, the Custodian registers your ownership rights for the Fund’s securities.
