Individual Investor
 

1. Complete the Application for purchasing our Fund’s securities, then either email the completed form to funds@foyil.com or fax it to 8 (044) 393 23 14;
2. With the information you give us, we prepare the requisite documents for signing;
3. You or your representative comes to our office with the following documents:
   • Passport;
   • A statement from a Ukrainian bank providing details of the account in the national currency that will be used for making payments;
   • If the Application for purchasing the Fund’s securities is submitted by your authorized representative, this person should provide the power of attorney and a notarized copy of the document or two notarized copies of the power of attorney to be left with the company. The authorized representative should also present his/her passport and identification code certificate.
4. You sign the originals of the Application and the Agreement on purchasing the Fund’s securities.
5. You make payments for the Fund’s securities and order your Custodian to enter the securities into your account.
6. Within seven (7) calendar days after you make the full payment in accordance with the Agreement, the Custodian registers your ownership rights to the Fund’s securities.
   If you do not have a securities account, you can open one at our office.
7. You receive Confirmation that you have purchased the Fund’s securities.

Institutional Investor
 

1. Complete the Application for purchasing our Fund’s securities, then either email the completed form to funds@foyil.com or fax it to 8 (044) 390-8870;
2. With the information you give us, we prepare the requisite documents for signing;
3. You or your representative comes to our office with the following documents:
   • A notarized and legalized Extract from the constitutive documents containing information about the founders, structure of the management and their responsibilities, and a notarized translation into the Ukrainian language;
   • A notarized and legalized Extract from the trade, banking or court register, or a certificate of registration of the respective legal entity issued by the foreign authorized body, and a notarized translation into the Ukrainian language;
   • A notarized and legalized document confirming the appointment of the officials that have the right to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney, and a notarized translation into the Ukrainian language. If an authorized representative is acting on behalf of a legal entity, this person should present a notarized and legalized power of attorney with a notarized translation in the Ukrainian language;
   • Details of the banking account in the national currency;
   • Passport of the official or authorized representative;
   • A notarized copy of the license for professional activity on the securities market (if available).
4. You sign the Application and the Agreement on purchasing the Fund’s securities.
5. You make payments for the Fund’s securities and order your Custodian to enter the securities into your account.
6. Within seven (7) calendar days after you make the full payment in accordance with the Agreement, the Custodian registers your ownership rights for the Fund’s securities.
   If you do not have a securities account, you can open one at our office.
7. You receive Confirmation that you have purchased the Fund’s securities.
